BBB Business Search looks for a business in Better Business Bureau data. The BBB Workflow Builder block exposes the bbb service for business entities.

Run BBB Business Search

Call Enrich Business Credit Application with provider set to bbb, then poll Get Commercial Data with services[]=bbb.

The request is asynchronous. Read the provider result from commercial_data.bbb, the lifecycle message from statuses.bbb, and the stored request from request_data.bbb.

BBB Business Search is not included in the current Data Orchestration service catalog.

What the service returns

The current Lendflow repository does not contain a production-like BBB fixture or field-level model. Clients must treat the result as an opaque JSON value and tolerate object-shape changes, omitted fields, and null.

Errors and statuses

statuses.bbb is a Lendflow lifecycle status, not a BBB rating. Started means processing is pending; Success means a response was stored. A response containing error marks the request as failed.

FAQ

Is a BBB rating guaranteed?

No. The service can complete successfully even when the matched profile does not contain a rating or accreditation information.

Can this service run in Data Orchestration?

It is not included in the current Data Orchestration service catalog.
