## Deal Information In Business And Individual Profiles

## Business Profiles

Business Profiles are generated once the first deal gets submitted for that business.

<Note>
  If changes are made to the first deal, the Business profiles are updated with that information. The initial deal will be the source of truth for Business Profiles.

  When the second deal and any consecutive deals come in for that business, **we will not overwrite** any information in the Business profile.

  * If there is new contact information (address, phone, email) in those deals, we will add this information to Business profiles.
  * If there is new information that does not exist in the Business profiles, we will add it to the Business profiles.

## Individual Profiles

Individual Profiles are generated once the **first** deal gets submitted with a new individual. The individual is the owner or one of the owners of the business.

  If changes are made to the first deal, the Individual profiles are updated with that information. The initial deal will be the source of truth for Individual Profiles.

  When the second deal and any consecutive deals come in for that business, **we will not overwrite** any information in the Individual profile.

  * If there is new contact information (address, phone, email) in those deals, we will add this information to Individual profiles.
  * If there is new information that does not exist in the Individual profiles, we will add it to the Individual profiles.
