Email Notifications

Open email notification settings

In the Lendflow Dashboard, open Builders in the left-side menu, select Workflow, then open the workflow template. Select the settings icon in the upper-right corner, then select Notifications → Email Notifications.

The available notifications reflect the stages and features enabled in the workflow template.

Applicant email notifications

Applicant notifications send updates or reminders to the applicant. Depending on the template, you can configure notifications for:

Application and workflow progress.

Incomplete application actions.

Offers, funding, completion, or declined outcomes.

For each enabled notification, select the email branding and email template that should be used.

Organization email notifications

Organization notifications keep internal users informed about activity on deals using the workflow. Depending on the template, available notifications can include:

Stage and offer progress.

Third-party connection success or failure.

Application signature activity.

Document uploads.

Data Orchestration outcomes.

Organization administrators configure which events can send notifications for the workflow. Individual users can then manage their own enabled notifications from their account’s Email Notifications settings.

Why is an email notification not available?

Notification options depend on the stages and features enabled in the workflow template. Confirm that the related stage or feature is part of the template.

Can applicant and organization notifications use different emails?

Yes. Configure the applicable email branding and email template for each enabled notification.

Can individual users control their own notifications?

Yes. After organization-level notifications are configured for the workflow, each user can manage their enabled notifications from their account’s Email Notifications settings.
