Workflow Statuses
Workflow statuses communicate a deal’s current state without changing its workflow stage. Configure separate Live and Dead statuses for each stage in a Workflow Builder template.
Sub-statuses are optional and provide additional detail about the selected status.
Configure statuses
In the Lendflow Dashboard, open Builders in the left-side menu, select Workflow, then open a workflow template. Select a stage and use the status configuration icon on the right side of the template to view its Live and Dead statuses.Manage statuses across stages
Open the status action menu when you need to:- Apply a status and its sub-statuses to every stage.
- Remove a shared status from the current stage or every stage.
- Show or hide a status in Workflow Live.
- Move a status to the top or bottom of its list.
- Delete a status.
