Overview

Smartviews are saved views of the Deals page. Each Smartview combines the columns you want to display, the deals you want to include, and the order in which those deals appear. Use Smartviews to create focused queues for different parts of your workflow without changing the underlying deal data.

How Smartviews Work

A Smartview has three main parts:
  • Columns determine which deal information appears in the table. A column must be enabled before its related filters become available.
  • Filters narrow the deals in the view. When you use multiple filters, deals must meet all of them. Selecting multiple values within one filter includes deals matching any selected value.
  • Sorting controls the order of the results. You can add multiple sorting rules and arrange them by priority.
After a Smartview is saved, open it from the Smartviews submenu on the Deals page.

Types of Smartviews

An organization Smartview shares only its columns, filters, and sorting. It does not grant access to additional deals. Each user sees only the deals they already have permission to access.

Create a Smartview

  1. In the Lendflow Dashboard, open the Deals tab in the left-side menu, then select Configure Deals Smartviews.
  2. Under Show, select My Smartviews, then select New Smartview. If you have permission to create a shared configuration, select Organization Smartviews, then select New Organization Smartview.
  3. Enter a Tab Name.
  4. Select the Columns, Filters, and Sorting needed for the job the Smartview should support.
  5. Select Save Smartview or Save Organization Smartview.
Active Smartviews appear in the left-side Smartviews menu on the Deals page. You can pin a Smartview so that it appears in the Pinned category at the top of the list. Open Configure Deals Smartviews again when you need to edit a Smartview or control which Smartviews appear in the menu. At least one Smartview must remain visible.

FAQ

A Smartview under My Smartviews is private to you. An organization Smartview shares its columns, filters, and sorting with other users in your organization who can access it. Creating or editing an organization Smartview requires the appropriate permissions.
No. A shared Smartview changes how accessible deals are displayed. Each user still sees only the deals that their Lendflow account allows them to access.
The Deals page requires at least one visible Smartview. Make another Smartview visible before hiding the current one.
Start with the decision or task the Smartview should support. Include only the columns needed for that task, then add filters to define which deals belong in the queue. See Use Cases for examples.
